Holly Addi
Holly Addi is a Salt Lake City based artist whose works follow the legacy of abstract expressionism artists before her such as Helen Frankenthaler and Clyfford Still, similarly embracing the power of negative space for a commanding visual effect. By applying abstraction, Addi's paintings construct intense personal moments masterfully created by means of rules and omissions, acceptance and refusal, engaging the viewer with new layers of depth each time they approach the work. She has exhibited her work in New York, Atlanta, and Houston and is featured in publications such as Architectural Digest, Harper's Bazaar CZ, and MyDomaine.
