Drink | Raspberry Chia Smoothie
Ingredients

- 1 cup (150 g) raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup (37 g) frozen strawberries
- 1⁄4 cup (33 g) frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) coconut water, herbal iced tea, or milk of choice
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
