Drink | Sake Infused Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila

  • 1 oz Sake

  • 3/4 oz Wasabi Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Yuzu Juice

Garnish with Wakame Seaweed

  • prepare rocks glass with wakame salt

  • add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  • shake vigorously 10-15 seconds
  • fine strain over ice into prepared glass
  • enjoy

Wasabi Syrup
Add 10g wasabi to 100g each of white sugar and water.
Blend, do NOT look at the syrup while blending!!
Fine strain and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
