Eat | Fresh Tomato Salad with Whipped Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- 2–3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 3/4 C feta cheese
- 1/4 C whole milk
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Slice your tomatoes and add to your serving tray or platter.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until all the ingredients are completely mixed and the cheese has reached a smooth consistency. If the cheese is too thick, add a bit more milk.
- Add the cheese to the platter, drizzle with olive oil and freshly crack pepper for garnish.
- To garnish the entire salad, add soft herbs of your choice to the tomatoes.
- Serve immediately, or store in a refrigerator until ready to serve that day.
