2 ounces The Botanist gin

1ounce dry vermouth

Preparation

Step 1

Combine The Botanist and dry vermouth into a mixing glass over fresh ice and stir until chilled.

Step 2

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Step 3

Garnish with lemon peel and olives (optional).
