Rose Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoon rose syrup
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- ½ cup chilled water
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried rose petals
- Ice Cubes optional
- Chopped nuts for garnishing optional
Instructions
- Add yogurt, rose syrup, rose water, sugar, dried rose petals, cardamom powder and chilled water into a jar and blend using a hand blender or a whisk until it's smooth.
- Pour the lassi into a glass topped with ice cubes and garnish with some chopped nuts and enjoy!
