The Winter Rose CockTail Using Portland Syrups

Ingredients

• 1 oz of our Rose Cordial syrup
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz gin

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine gin, our Rose Cordial syrup, the lemon juice, and four dashes of cardamom bitters.
2. Shake well, then strain over a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a dried rose petal or two for flare.
