Artist's Statement

"I make art because it feels good. When I'm creating, I am never alone. I feel connected in a way that's sometimes hard to explain. I sense that I am working with helpers from invisible realms who also like to dance with creativity and play with wet paint. The experience is pure joy.

Over the years, my paintings have become mirrors that inform me of my personal evolution of consciousness. I want to see myself in that mirror without any filters, without inhibition or self-judgment. This journey has taught me how to sit well within myself, embrace self-love, and share the pearls I’ve learned along the way for other souls on a similar journey."

What am I thinking? We're all on this same journey, whether we know it or not. It's my hope that my artwork inspires you in some way as you follow your path to self-enlightenment. For me, it’s a soulful journey into exploring life’s essential questions. Paul Gauguin posed it best in his masterpiece of 1897:

- Where do we come from?
- What are we?
- Where are we going?

My current series is focused on the spiritual and unseen realms of life. It’s an attempt to learn how a painting may serve as a "vibrational healing transmitter.” I constantly challenge myself to broaden the world of painting into a larger context. How can I, as the artist, reframe the role of a painting in our time? This quest has led me to strive to create art that serves as a vessel to house frequencies of light, spreading emanations of healing light into the world. It's a mission that truly excites me.

At the same time, my mind often explores how to create a new visual language for the 21st century—a lofty and sometimes daunting goal, but worth the effort in a world that seems mired in the pain of daily existence. As a female painter, I would also like to open dialogues with you and other art lovers on three important topics:

- How do we see ourselves in this new age as a growing collective and global consciousness?
- How might we redefine the role of art and the artist in this new energy?
- How can we reframe the creation of art so that it serves as a transmitter that heals the world?
